Temperature Coefficient Measurement of LED Filament Standard Lamp

  • 摘要: 中国计量科学研究院(NIM)自主研制了LED灯丝标准灯。温度是影响LED灯丝灯量值的主要因素,研究分析LED灯丝灯特性需准确测量其温度系数。简述了LED温度系数的定义和测量原理,讨论了NIM的LED的温度系数测量装置。实验测量LED灯丝灯,分析灯电压、灯光通量值与参考点温度的关系。使用最小二乘法拟合出灯光度量值与参考点温度,以及灯电压与参考点温度的线性表达式,依次计算出光度值温度系数和灯电压温度系数。实验数据显示,所研制的LED灯丝灯的光度值温度系数是0.17%/℃,电压温度系数是−0.025 V/℃。
