一种基于工业互联网的风机能效在线检测系统的研发

    Development of a Fan Energy Efficiency Online Detection System Based on Industrial Internet

    • 摘要: 为了现场诊断在用风机系统的能效水平,基于Java程序设计语言,结合工业无线数据通讯技术,依据GB/T 15913、GB/T 10178、GB/T 34867.1等标准,开发了一套适合现场使用的风机能效在线检测系统,可实现对输送单位容积介质电耗、电动机负载率和电能利用率等数据的实时检测,还可实现节能监测、能效分析和节能评估等功能。搭建风机验证平台对待改造风机进行试验,系统运行稳定,检测数据准确可靠,可实时反映风机的运行工况和能效水平。

       

      Abstract: To realize the online monitoring and energy-saving evaluation of the fan energy efficiency on-site, an online detection system for fan energy efficiency suitable for field use has been developed based on Java programming language and industrial wireless data communication technology, in accordance with GB/T 15913, GB/T 10178, GB/T 34867.1 and other standards, which can realize the real-time monitoring of the unit consumption, motor load rate, and energy utilization efficiency, as well as energy saving monitoring, energy efficiency analysis and energy saving evaluation. By developing a fan verification platform to test the fan to be transformed, the results show that the system operates stably, and the detection data is accurate and reliable, which can reflect the operating condition and energy efficiency level of the fan in real-time.
