Abstract: Metrology serves as the technical cornerstone for scientific and technological innovation, industrial upgrading, and high-quality development of the national economy. With the rapid development of the global economy and the continuous upgrading of industrial structures, the proposal of industrial metrology and testing has played a key role in promoting industrial upgrading and transformation, improving product quality, and facilitating technological innovation. Based on the construction of the Zhejiang Provincial Ship Electronic Equipment Industry Metrology and Testing Center, Through the analysis of the Marine electronic equipment industry, the metrology and testing demands of the Marine electronic equipment industry were dissected, and the construction goals and specific contents of the metrology and testing center of this industry were extracted. Through practice, phased achievements were made, which can provide references for the construction of metrology and testing centers in related industries.
