Abstract:
As the "neural center" of modern industry, the intelligent level of industrial control systems directly affects production efficiency, product quality and operational safety. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, the application of large models in industrial control systems has gradually become a research hotspot. This paper reviews the current application status of large artificial intelligence models in industrial control systems. By virtue of their powerful data analysis and processing capabilities, large models have shown great application potential in improving control accuracy, enhancing system resilience, and increasing decision-making efficiency in application scenarios of industrial control systems such as intelligent control, fault diagnosis, predictive maintenance, production optimization, and human-computer interaction. It also deeply analyzes the current challenges in applications, such as real-time performance, reliability, data security, and model interpretability. The integration of large models with industrial control systems will be more in-depth, which is expected to promote industrial production towards the directions of multi-modal fusion, lightweight deployment, human-machine collaborative intelligence, knowledge-guided high efficiency, and safety and credibility. It will deeply support the digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing and realize high-quality development.
