    • 摘要: 工业控制系统作为现代工业的“神经中枢”,其智能化水平直接影响生产效率、产品质量。近几年人工智能技术的飞速发展,使得人工智能大模型在工业控制系统中的应用也逐渐成为热点。综述了人工智能大模型在工业控制系统中的应用现状,大模型凭借其强大的数据分析和处理能力,在工业控制系统的智能控制、故障诊断、预测性维护、生产优化、人机交互等应用场景下提升控制精度、增强系统韧性、提高决策效率等方面展现出巨大的应用潜力;深入分析了当前应用中的实时性可靠性、数据安全、模型可解释性等挑战;大模型与工业控制系统的融合将更加深入,有望推动工业生产向多模态融合、轻量化部署、人机协同智能化、知识引导高效化及安全可信化等方向发展,深度支撑智能制造数字化智能化转型升级,实现高质量发展。

       

      Abstract: As the "neural center" of modern industry, the intelligent level of industrial control systems directly affects production efficiency, product quality and operational safety. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, the application of large models in industrial control systems has gradually become a research hotspot. This paper reviews the current application status of large artificial intelligence models in industrial control systems. By virtue of their powerful data analysis and processing capabilities, large models have shown great application potential in improving control accuracy, enhancing system resilience, and increasing decision-making efficiency in application scenarios of industrial control systems such as intelligent control, fault diagnosis, predictive maintenance, production optimization, and human-computer interaction. It also deeply analyzes the current challenges in applications, such as real-time performance, reliability, data security, and model interpretability. The integration of large models with industrial control systems will be more in-depth, which is expected to promote industrial production towards the directions of multi-modal fusion, lightweight deployment, human-machine collaborative intelligence, knowledge-guided high efficiency, and safety and credibility. It will deeply support the digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing and realize high-quality development.
