激光干涉水准标尺检定系统测量误差分析

    Analysis of Measurement Errors of Laser Interference Leveling Rod Verification System

    • 摘要: 高精度水准测量是地震形变监测等领域的一种重要手段,水准标尺配合水准仪作为水准测量的重要仪器,应按期进行计量检定。为了提高水准标尺计量检定结果的可信度,研发可靠的测量系统,对检定实验过程中的误差进行分析并控制尤为重要。根据国家计量检定规程JJG 8-1991《水准标尺》,介绍一种符合阿贝测量条件的水准标尺激光干涉测量系统,用于检定水准标尺的米间隔真长和分划误差, 对水准标尺检定过程中产生的误差逐个分析。分析结果表明,该激光干涉测量系统可以满足国家计量检定规程中对其他检定装置准确度不低于6 μm的要求。

       

      Abstract: High-precision leveling is an essential method in seismic deformation monitoring and other fields. The leveling rod and leveling instrument are important instruments for leveling, and measurement verification should be carried out on schedule. To improve the credibility of the verification results of the leveling rod measurement, it is of great significance to develop a reliable measurement system to analyze and control the errors during the verification experiment. According to the national metrological verification regulations of JJG 8-1991 "Level Rod", this paper introduces a laser ruler interferometric measuring system that meets Abbe's measuring conditions, which is used to verify the true length of the meter interval and the division error of the leveling rod. Analyze and prevent errors one by one during the verification process of the leveling rod. The analysis results show that the laser interferometry system can meet the requirements of the national metrological verification regulations for the accuracy of other verification devices not less than 6 μm.
