钟罩式气体流量标准装置量值统一和传递的研究

    Research on the Metrological Traceability for Bell Prover

    • 摘要: 钟罩式气体流量标准装置是以空气为介质,对气体流量量值进行传递的计量标准。国家计量检定规程JJG 165-2005《钟罩式气体流量标准装置》中规定了钟罩检定可采用容积法和尺寸法。我国对钟罩的检定方法和检定过程没有进行过系统的实验研究,需要解决气体流量计量量值传递的问题。国家计量院和各个省计量院钟罩式气体流量标准装置的量值没有直接关联(传递)。各个分量分别溯源到长度、质量、时间基准。探讨气体流量标准装置的量值传递的方法研究,真正建立国家基准和地方标准的气体流量基准的物理上的量传关系。试验证明,可采用标准表量传关系规范钟罩式气体流量装置传递的量值,使国家流量基准、省级流量标准、地方的钟罩标准量值通过传递标准表链接上,实现真正意义上的流量量值溯源。

       

      Abstract:
      The bell prover is a measurement standard that uses air as the medium to transfer the gas flow quantity value. The national metrological verification regulation JJG 165-2005 "Verification Regulation of Standard Bell Provers of Gas Flow" stipulates that bell prover can be performed by the volume method and geometric method. China has not conducted any systematic experimental research on the verification method and its process of the bell provers and needs to solve the problem of transferring the measurement value of gas flow measurement. There is no direct correlation (transfer) between the values of bell prover gas flow from the national metrology institute to each provincial metrology institute. The individual components are traceable to length, mass, and time references, respectively. This paper discusses the research of the method of transferring the values of the gas flow standard device to establish the physical quantity transfer relationship of the national primary standards and the local standard gas flow standards. The test proves that the standard table value transfer relationship can be used to regulate the value transferred by the bell prover gas flow device, so that the national flow primary standard, the provincial flow standard, the local prover standard value can be linked to achieving the traceability.
