一种瞬时流速流量计模块研究与设计

    An Instantaneous Flow Meter Module

    • 摘要: 目前流体流量计对流速的测量方法一般是计算单位时间内流量计的脉冲个数,满足不了对流速的实时监测。针对流量计对流速检测实时性不足问题,设计一款带瞬时流速检测的流量计模块。模块包含了信号处理电路、瞬时流速检测电路、流量检测电路、485接口电路。搭建实验测试平台验证系统设计的有效性,测量了流量传感器转速频率与输出信号的关系,验证了流量计模块对输入信号脉宽测量的准确性,建立输入信号频率与脉宽的关系,利用MCU把流量传感器信号脉宽上传服务器,对流速数据实时监控。实验表明,该模块能对510 Hz以下流量信号实时有效检测,流量脉冲检测误差率低于10−6

       

      Abstract: The measurement of flow velocity is usually made by counting pulses occruing in a flow meter in a time interval. However, this method cannot meet the need for real-time monitoring of flow velocity. This paper proposes a design of a flow meter module, which realizes instantaneous flow-velocity detection. The module includes circuits for signal processing, instantaneous velocity detection, and flow detection and a 485 interface. A test platform was built to verify the design. The relationship between the rotational speed of the flow sensor and the original output signal and the relationship between the pulse width and the signal frequency of the flow sensor were investigated. An MCU was used to upload the pulse width to a server to monitor the flow velocity in real time. Experiments showed that the module can detect flow signals with frequencies below 510 Hz in real time, with an error rate of pulse detection less than10−6.
