河南远程时间频率溯源站系统研究与建设

    Research and Establishment of Henan Remote Time and Frequency Tracing Station System

    • 摘要: 利用GNSS技术,建立河南远程时间频率传递及溯源应用示范站。采用GNSS共视法,搭建可实时溯源至国家原子时标基准的卫星导航时间频率应用平台,建立河南省级时间标准,实现时间频率的远程传递及溯源,时刻偏差绝对值(1天平均)不大于10 ns,溯源(偏差)标准不确定度不大于10 ns,为社会提供高精度的时间频率标准服务。

       

      Abstract: Using GNSS technology, the establishment of a demonstration station for remote time and frequency transmission and traceability application in Henan is introduced. By adopting GNSS co-viewing method, building a satellite navigation time and frequency application platform which can be traced to national atomic time-scale primary standard in real-time, establishing Henan provincial time standard, realizing remote transmission and traceability of time and frequency, the absolute value of the deviation of the moment (1-day average) is not more than 10 ns, and the standard uncertainty of traceability (deviation) is not more than 10 ns, providing high precision time and frequency standard service for the society.
