单周范围内角速率误差校准

    Angular Velocity Deviation Calibration in Single Circumference Range

    • 摘要: 设计了利用自校准编码器和环形激光陀螺仪对转台角度和角速率进行测量的系统,可以实现单周范围转台角位置以及角速率的测量及数据采集。利用自校准编码器和环形激光陀螺仪搭建了试验平台,实现对转台运动状态进行监测,对采集数据进行分析解算得到角位置及角速率信息。通过在不同转速下实验,计算得到了一系列转台单周范围内角位置以及角速率偏差曲线及其傅里叶变换分析结果。

       

      Abstract: An angular velocity measurement system for rotary table using ring laser gyroscope and self-calibration angle encoder is designed, which enables the measurement and data acquisition of the angular position and angular velocity of rotary table in a single circumference range. A test platform is built using a self-calibrating angular encoder and a ring laser gyroscope to monitor the motion state of the rotary table, and the collected data are analyzed to obtain the angular position and angular velocity information. Through experiments at different speeds, a series of angular positions and angular velocity deviation curves and their Fourier transform analysis results in the single circumference range of the rotary table are obtained.
