湿度对皂膜流量计计量特性的影响研究

    Research on the Effect of Humidity on the Metering Characteristics of Soap Film Flowmeter

    • 摘要: 皂膜流量计是开展环境监测工作的重要计量器具。为满足环境监测用流量装置低压试验微小气体流量的有效溯源,减小气体湿度对皂膜流量计流量精确测量的影响,提升微小气体流量量值传递的可靠性,分析了皂膜流量计的工作特性,给出了皂膜流量计的微小气体流量湿度修正计算方法。基于中国计量科学研究院的微小气体流量标准装置进行了实验验证,结果表明该湿度修正计算方法可以有效降低湿度对皂膜流量计计量特性的影响。

       

      Abstract: Soap film flowmeter is an important measuring instrument for environmental monitoring. In order to meet the effective traceability of micro gas flow in low-pressure test of flow meter for environmental monitoring, reduce the impact of gas humidity on the accurate measurement of soap film flowmeter, and improve the reliability of micro gas flow value transmission. In this paper, the operating characteristics of soap film flowmeter are analyzed, and the calculation method of humidity correction for micro gas flow is given. The results show that the humidity correction calculation method can effectively reduce the influence of humidity on the metering characteristics of soap film flowmeter.
