变压器频率特性改良与变压精准度的优化设计

    Improving Frequency Characteristics of a Transformer and Optimal Design of its Voltage Conversion Accuracy

    • 摘要: 为解决变压器匝间电容劣化影响变压器电压转换准确度的问题,分析了变压器绕组寄生电容对变压器输出误差的影响,以理论分析与电路仿真相结合的方式提出了寄生电容影响因子和谐振频率点消除或调整的方法,提出了等效负电容生成电路。进行了等匝数比变压器改良前后的输出比对测试试验,验证了方法的正确可行性,具有良好的建议价值与应用价值。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of voltage conversion accuracy deterioration caused by transformer interturn capacitance, this paper analyzes the influence of parasitic capacitance associated with the winding of a transformer on transformer output misalignment, puts forward a method to eliminate or adjust parasitic capacitance influencing factor and resonant frequency point by combining theoretical analysis with circuit simulation, and proposes an equivalent negative capacitance generation circuit. An output comparison carried on an equal turn ration transformer before and after the improvement verifies the feasibility of the method.
