一种水泵能效现场测试系统的研发

    Development of the Online Testing System for the Energy Efficiency of the Water Pump

    • 摘要: 水泵能效测试对象主要是企业在用水泵,水泵应用环境的复杂性、测试参数的分散性和人工测试的不确定性,给现场测试工作带来了较大困难。针对水泵能效现场测试需求,依据GB/T 16666-2012《泵类液体输送系统节能监测》等标准,构建了便携式测试硬件模块;基于Visual Studio开发了水力学测试和热力学测试模块,满足自动化测试的需求。验证试验表明,该系统具有携带方便、测试精度高、运行稳定可靠的特点,可为水泵的节能技改、节能量审核和能效对标等提供测试数据支撑。

       

      Abstract: The test object of water pump energy efficiency is largely from the water pump system used in enterprises. The complexity of the application environment of pumps, the dispersion of testing parameters, and the uncertainty of manual testing have brought more significant difficulties to the field testing work. To meet the demand for on-site water pump energy efficiency testing, a portable testing hardware module was constructed based on GB/T 16666-2012 Monitoring and testing for energy saving of motor-pump liquid transport system. A hydraulics and thermodynamics testing module was developed based on Visual Studio to meet the demand for automated testing. The verification test shows that the system has the characteristics of easy portability, high test accuracy, stable and reliable operation, and can provide test data support for the energy-saving technical transformation, energy-saving audit, and energy efficiency benchmarking of water pumps.
