信号源端口电压驻波比测量方法研究

    Research on the Measurement Method of Voltage Standing Wave Ratio for Signal Source

    • 摘要: 作为信号源的重要性能参数之一,信号源端口电压驻波比(VSWR)的准确测量具有重要意义。在研究信号源的基本结构和“射频关”的两种工作模式的基础上,分析了“射频开”、“射频关”对信号源端口电压驻波比测量结果的影响。以矢量网络分析仪为测量设备,研究了不同模式下的信号源端口电压驻波比的测量方法。实验证明,对于快速关闭模式的信号源,可以采用“射频关”状态下无源器件测量方法;对于完全关闭模式的信号源,可以采用“射频开”状态下频率偏移测量方法。

       

      Abstract: As one of the important performance parameters of the signal source, it is of great significance to measure the signal source voltage standing wave ratio(VSWR)accurately. Based on studying the structure of the signal source and the two working mechanisms of “RF OFF”, the influence of "RF ON" and "RF OFF" on the measurement results of VSWR for the signal source was analyzed. With a vector network analyzer as the measurement equipment, this paper studies the measurement methods of VSWR for signal sources in different modes. The experimental results showed that the passive device measurement method under the condition of “RF OFF” can be used for the signal source with fast closing mode, while the frequency offset measurement method under the condition of “RF ON” can be used for the complete shutdown mode.
