拧紧策略对惯性器件螺纹连接预紧力的影响

    Influence of Tightening Strategy on the Preload of Threaded Connections of Inertial Devices

    • 摘要: 惯性器件中螺纹连接结构的普遍特点是尺寸小、拧紧质量要求高,本文针对小尺寸螺钉装配过程中出现的预紧力误差大、控制精度低等问题,研制了一套小尺寸螺钉拧紧测试装置,通过对TC4钛合金螺钉进行拧紧工艺实验,分析了拧紧策略(包括扭矩法和扭矩转角法)对预紧力的大小和离散程度的影响,并进一步研究了门槛扭矩和分步拧紧对预紧力的影响。结果表明,相比采用扭矩法,采用扭矩转角法可以将控制预紧力精度提升约7%;采用扭矩转角法时门槛扭矩的选取对预紧力的一致性有较大影响;分步拧紧能够提升扭矩法和扭矩转角法对预紧力的控制精度。

       

      Abstract: The common characteristics of threaded connection structures in inertial devices are small size and high tightening quality requirements. In this paper, a set of tightening test devices for small-size screws was developed to address the problems of large preload error and low control accuracy in the assembly process of small-size screws. The effect of the threshold torque and stepwise tightening on the preload was further investigated. The results show that, compared with the torque method, the torque angle method can improve the accuracy of controlling the preload by about 7%; the selection of the threshold torque when using the torque angle method has a greater influence on the consistency of the preload; stepwise tightening can improve the accuracy of controlling the preload force by the torque method and the torque angle method.
