基于微小质量自动测量系统的数据处理方法研究

    Research on Data Processing Method Based on Automatic Measurement System of Mass in Small Nominal Value

    • 摘要: 为提升检测效率,实验室逐步采用质量自动测量系统代替人工测量。目前质量自动测量系统直接生成的数据侧重对测量结果的呈现,但缺少ISO 17025中对原始记录及证书报告编制工作要求的关键信息要素,同时开展微小质量测量时容易因砝码掉落造成测量中断生成非完整数据,测量结束后往往需要检测人员对数据进行拼接重组、人为汇总计算、手动录入环境条件及委托单信息等,因此在实际检测工作中,自动测量系统的数据分析及处理过程仍需耗费大量人力。结合微小质量测量工作特点,基于质量自动测量系统提出了测量数据自动处理的改进方法,增加检测数据自动切分重组、超差判定、非完整数据处理等功能,实现数据自动分析、原始记录及证书报告的自动生成,减少人为因素干扰,进一步提升质量检测效率与数据自动化处理分析能力。

       

      Abstract: To improve measurement efficiency, calibration laboratories are gradually employing automatic measurement systems instead of manual measurements. At present, the data directly generated by the automatic measurement system focuses on the presentation of the measurement results but lacks the key information elements required by ISO-17025 for the original records and certificate reports. In the meantime, when carrying out mass measurements in small nominal values, it is easy to generate incomplete data due to measurement interruptions caused by falling weights. After the measurement, it is often necessary for inspectors to process data manually. Therefore, in the actual inspection work, the data analysis and processing of the automatic measurement system still require a lot of manpower. In this paper, combined with the features of mass measurements in small nominal value, a data analysis and processing method based on the automatic measurement system was proposed. Functions such as automatic segmentation and reorganization of data, identification of unqualified results, and processing of incomplete data were added. reduces the interference of human factors. The method realized automatic analysis of data, automatic generation of original records and certificate reports, reduced human factor interference, and further enhanced the efficiency of quality inspection and automatic data processing and analysis.
