    WD-XRF Test for Inorganic Elements in Bovine Liver Powder

    • 摘要: 以牛肝粉样品为载体,评估了样品的粒径和样品取样量对使用波长色散-X射线荧光光谱(WD-XRF)测量牛肝粉样品中元素含量结果的影响。在此基础上,通过比较三种不同的样品制备添加方式,建立了一种可行的、准确的、可计量溯源的WD-XRF测定生物基质样品中无机元素的方法。此外,对NIST标准物质SRM1577c(牛肝粉)中的K、Na、Ca、Mg、Cu和Zn元素进行方法验证,所测元素均具有良好的线性,测试结果均在不确定度范围内,证明该方法准确、可靠,可以在无基体匹配标准物质的情况下,采用WD-XRF测定生物样品中无机元素含量。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the effects of sample particle size and sample volume on the results of WD-XRF measurement of elemental content in bovine liver powder samples were evaluated. A feasible, accurate, and measurably traceable method for the determination of inorganic elements in biological matrix samples by WD-XRF was established by comparing three different sample preparation additions. In addition, the method was validated for the K, Na, Ca, Mg, Cu, and Zn elements in the NIST standard reference materials 1577c, all elements showed good linearity, and the test results are within the uncertainty range, which proved that the method is accurate and reliable for the determination of inorganic elements in biological samples by the rapid WD-XRF method without matrix-matched standards.
