基于准单分散球形颗粒制备多峰分布标准物质的研究

    Study on Preparation of Reference Materials with Multimodal Distribution Based on Quasi-Monodisperse Spherical Particles

    • 摘要: 对于颗粒物粒径测量方法的比对和验证,需要使用符合一定条件的多峰分布标准物质,而此类研究欠缺。通过对单分散颗粒组分的材料和粒度分布等特性进行研究,提出了利用准单分散球形颗粒制备多峰分布标准物质的方法,给出了所需要的单分散组分的粒径和个数等的选择依据和要求,详细说明了制备操作中参数计算和质量控制方法。为开展多峰分布标准物质的制备和推广应用提供了重要基础支撑。

       

      Abstract: For the comparison and validation of particle size measurement methods, it is necessary to use reference materials with the multimodal distribution that meet certain conditions. There is still a lack of research in this direction. By studying the material and particle size distribution characteristics of the monodisperse particle components, a method for preparing a multimodal distribution reference material using quasi-monodisperse spherical particles is proposed, and the required particle size and number of the monodisperse components are given. The selection basis and requirements of the particle size and number of the required monodisperse components are given, and the parameter calculation and quality control methods in the preparation operation are described in detail. It provides essential support for preparing, popularizing, and applying reference materials with the multimodal distribution.
