一种改进的非接触式静电电压表自动校准装置研制

    An Improved Automatic Calibration Equipment for Non-Contact Electrostatic Voltmeter

    • 摘要: 非接触式静电电压表也称防爆静电电压表,是用于防止静电危害的重要仪器设备,其测量的准确可靠尤为重要。针对当前非接触式静电电压表校准过程中存在的测量结果不确定度大等问题,依据JJG 192—2019《非接触式静电电压表》检定规程,分析了非接触式静电电压表自动校准过程中不确定度较大的原因,进而研制了一套改进的可远程程控校准的非接触式静电电压表的自动校准装置,包括远程程控的距离调节装置和清零装置、屏蔽电磁干扰以及自动接地装置,实现了操作人员与高压源的完全隔离。实测结果表明:改进后的装置将传统测量方式10%~50%的测量不确定度降至0.3%,满足了非接触式静电电压表的校准需求。

       

      Abstract: Non-contact electrostatic voltmeters, also known as explosion-proof electrostatic voltmeters, are important instruments for preventing electrostatic hazards. The accuracy and reliability of their measurements are of great importance. However, the current automatic calibration process suffers from significant measurement uncertainties. In accordance with the JJG 192—2019 "Verification Regulation for Non-contact Electrostatic Voltmeter," this paper analyzes the causes of uncertainty in the automatic calibration process of non-contact electrostatic voltmeters. Based on this analysis, an improved automatic calibration equipment for remote programmable calibration of non-contact electrostatic voltmeters has been developed. The equipment includes remote programmable distance adjustment and zero out, electromagnetic interference shielding, and automatic grounding equipment, which ensure complete isolation between the operator and the high-voltage sources. The actual measurement results show that the improved equipment reduces the systematic measurement uncertainty of 10% to 50% of the traditional method to 0.3%, meeting the calibration requirements of non-contact electrostatic voltmeters.
