TXRF分析样品前处理方法研究进展及其在环境监测领域的应用

    Research Progress of Sample Pre-Treatment Methods for TXRF Analysis and its Application in Environmental Monitoring Field

    • 摘要: 全反射X射线荧光光谱(TXRF)是一种不同于传统X射线荧光光谱(XRF)的X射线分析技术,主要用于微量样品和痕量元素的化学分析,在环境科学领域得到了广泛应用。样品前处理是分析测量过程中非常重要的一步,需要根据被测样品的性质选择合适的前处理方法,样品前处理过程的好坏对测量结果起决定性作用。综述了TXRF分析技术的发展历程,简单介绍了其原理及特点,重点总结了目前常用的TXRF分析技术的样品前处理方法及其在环境科学领域的应用,并对TXRF分析技术在环境科学领域的应用进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Total reflection X-ray fluorescence (TXRF) spectroscopy is an X-ray analytical technique different from conventional X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF), mainly used for chemical analysis of trace samples and trace elements, and has been widely used in the field of environmental science. Sample pretreatment is an essential step in the analysis and measurement process. It is necessary to select an appropriate pretreatment method according to the nature of the sample to be tested. The quality of the sample pretreatment process plays a decisive role in the measurement results. In this paper, the development history of TXRF analysis technology is reviewed, its principles and characteristics are briefly introduced, and the sample pretreatment methods of TXRF analysis technology and their applications in environmental science are summarized in focus.
