网络线缆分析仪功率损耗校准标准器的研究

    Research on Power Loss Calibration Standards for Network Cable Analyzer

    • 摘要: 插入损耗和回波损耗是网络线缆分析仪主要的校准参数。目前, JJF 1494-2014《网络线缆分析仪校准规范》给出了六类线缆(其信号频率高至250 MHz)对应的校准方法。本文基于高性能射频器件,研制了网络线缆分析仪功率损耗校准标准器,该器件适用于八类线缆(频率高至2000 MHz)对应插入损耗及回波损耗参数的校准,并通过矢量网络分析仪对上述标准器进行定标,实现了高频网络线缆分析仪的校准。

       

      Abstract: Insertion loss and return loss are the main calibration parameters for network cable analyzers. At present, JJF 1494-2014 Calibration Specification for Network Cable Analyzers provides the corresponding calibration method for category six cables (signal frequency up to 250 MHz). In this paper, based on high-performance RF devices, a power loss calibration standard for network cable analyzer is developed, which is suitable for calibrating parameters of category eight cables (frequency up to 2000 MHz). The vector network analyzer calibrates the above-mentioned standards, and calibration of the high-frequency network cable analyzer is realized.
