Abstract:
The problems of the framework construction, database design, and functional planning in the design and application of the NQI calculation inspection measurement collaborative service platform for heavy-duty electric locomotives are focused on this paper. Taking the design of the collaborative service platform for basic data of quality measurement in the entire life cycle of heavy-duty electric locomotive design, manufacturing, and service as an example, from the perspective of edge cloud collaboration, based on the thinking of standardized management of various data quality in measurement and testing, the overall design ideas of the collaborative service platform are sorted out, a flat framework is constructed, and the platform database management mode is designed. The functions of edge, cloud, and terminal are planned, and specific implementation modes is provided, systematically study for the construction of the NQI collaborative service platform is performed.
