Abstract:
This paper focuses on the framework construction, database design, and functional planning in the design and application of the NQI Calculation, Inspection, and Measurement Collaborative Service Platform for heavy-duty electric locomotives. Using the design of a collaborative service platform for basic quality measurement data across the entire lifecycle of heavy-duty electric locomotive design, manufacturing, and service as a case study, the paper adopts an edge-cloud collaboration perspective and leverages standardized management of various data quality standards in measurement and testing. The overall design concepts of the collaborative service platform are delineated, a framework is established, and a database management model is developed. Additionally, the functionalities of the edge, cloud, and terminal components are planned, and specific implementation strategies are provided. This systematic study contributes to the construction of the NQI collaborative service platform.
