      Abstract: Intelligent connected vehicles have led the transformation of the automotive industry, but their complexity and technological innovation have brought huge challenges to testing and verification, and traditional testing methods are no longer able to meet the needs. This article explores the key technologies and applications of the mobile carrier platform for intelligent connected vehicle testing equipment. Analyzed the testing requirements for intelligent connected vehicles, including autonomous driving functions, sensor performance, communication performance, and safety. This article provides an overview of the current research status both domestically and internationally, and introduces core technologies such as autonomous driving technology, communication technology, data processing, and energy management systems. Discussed the application of mobile carrier platforms in closed testing, open road testing, simulation testing, and special environment testing. Proposed solutions for technical challenges, regulations and standards, commercial applications, and data privacy and security. Finally, the future development trends were discussed, emphasizing the importance of technological innovation, standardization, market promotion, and sustainable development. Research has shown that mobile carrier platforms play an important role in improving testing efficiency, ensuring vehicle safety, and accelerating technological innovation, and will further promote the development of intelligent connected vehicles in the future.
