基于气源的土压力盒标定方法的研究

    Calibration Method of Soil Pressure Box Based on Gas Source

    • 摘要: 针对土压力盒的标定方法,设计了一种基于气源的土压力盒标定装置,分别对量程为0.1MPa和2.0 MPa的土压力盒进行了标定试验,并与厂家给定的油压标定方法进行了对比,分析了两种标定方法得到的非线性误差、重复性误差和迟滞误差。采用最小二乘法对压强和频值的关系进行线性拟合,得到标定系数K值。结果表明:该气压标定装置稳定可靠,压力控制精度较高,实验数据准确有效。气压标定法的重复性优于油压标定法,而且加载曲线线性较好。该装置为土压力盒的精确标定提供了一种新方法,对土压力盒标定过程中获得更准确的压力值具有重要的实践意义。

       

      Abstract: A gas source based soil pressure box calibration device was designed for the calibration method of soil pressure boxes. Calibration tests were conducted on soil pressure boxes with ranges of 0.1 MPa and 2.0 MPa, and compared with the oil pressure calibration method given by the manufacturer. The nonlinear error, repeatability error, and hysteresis error obtained by the two calibration methods were analyzed. The relationship between pressure and frequency is linearly fitted using the least squares method to obtain the calibration coefficient K value. The results indicate that the pressure calibration device is stable and reliable, with high pressure control accuracy and accurate and effective experimental data. The repeatability of the pressure calibration method is better than that of the oil pressure calibration method, and the loading curve is more linear. This device provides a new method for precise calibration of soil pressure boxes, which has important practical significance for obtaining more accurate pressure values during the calibration process of soil pressure boxes.
