负压救护车医疗舱性能参数计量校准方法解读

    Explanation of Calibration Method of Performance Parameters of Medical Cabin of Negative Pressure Ambulances

    • 摘要: JJF 1972-2022《负压救护车医疗舱性能参数校准规范》的发布实施,为负压救护车医疗舱性能参数校准工作提供了依据,梳理了负压救护车医疗舱性能参数的计量特性、校准方法和测量过程中使用的标准器,讨论了校准过程中的注意事项。示踪气体法是测量换气次数的权威和推荐方法,比较了风速仪法和示踪气体法测量医疗舱换气次数的优缺点,以两种方法分别测量同一负压救护车医疗舱的换气次数,风速仪法测得换气次数为23.5 h−1、示踪气体法测得换气次数为17.8 h−1,探讨了换气次数的不确定度评定方法,两种方法测得换气次数的不确定度分别为0.8 h−1(k=2)和1.0 h−1(k=2)。总结了光度法和计数法进行高效/超高效过滤器检漏的适用场景和注意事项,阐明了气流模式测量方法的注意点。对该校准规范的应用前景进行了总结展望,为负压救护车医疗舱性能参数校准工作的开展提供参考。

       

      Abstract: The JJF 1972-2022《Calibration Specification of Performance Parameters of Medical Cabin of Negative Pressure Ambulances》provided accordance for the calibration work of performance parameters of medical cabin of negative pressure ambulances. The metrological characteristics、calibration method and instruments using in measurement process was sorted out, attentions in calibration process were discussed, tracer gas method was a authoritative and recommended method to measure air changes of medical cabin, anemoscope method and tracer gas method were compared and executed, the air changes of medical cabin measured by anemoscope method and tracer gas method were 23.5 h−1 and 17.8 h−1, uncertainty evaluation of the air changes of two methods were discussed, which were 0.8 h−1(k=2) and 1.0 h−1(k=2), the applicable scenario and attentions of photometer method or optical particle counter method in leak detection of HEPA/ULPA was summarized, measure method for airflow pattern of medical cabin of negative pressure ambulances was explained, suggestions for the calibration work of performance parameters of medical cabin of ngative pressure ambulances were made. The application prospect of JJF 1972-2022 was forecasted. Advice for the calibration work of performance parameters of medical cabin of negative was provided.
