Abstract:
The traditional metrology model, which relies on a single laboratory as the primary entity, is facing challenges in meeting China's growing metrology needs in cutting-edge fields as the country enters the stage of high-quality development. The quantized redefinition of the International System of Units (SI) signifies that interdisciplinary, cross-field, cross-level, and cross-departmental large-scale metrology engineering will emerge as the future development trend. System engineering has demonstrated its effectiveness in facilitating efficient operation of various complex systems, and has been recognized for its significant guiding role in aerospace and social welfare sectors. In the era of SI quantization, its imperative to conduct a historical transformation, systematic reformation and comprehensive reconstruction of the future metrology model from a systems science perspective. From the perspectives of contradiction deconstruction, technical path and comprehensive analysis, a new organizational management model is proposed to provide reference and support for the future development of large-scale metrology engineering.
