医用诊断X射线辐射源时间量的量传方法探究

    Exploration of Methods for Metrological Traceability of Time Quantities in Medical Diagnostic X-Ray Radiation Sources

    • 摘要: 医用诊断X射线辐射源的研发、生产、质控,对曝光过程中的时间量的溯源性提出要求,应建立适当的量传方法满足相关测量需求。通过对相关国家标准、国际标准及不同行业标准和规范的研究,对曝光时间、辐照时间和加载时间等时间量现行的定义、测量方法和量传方法的整体性评价和分析,明确了各时间量的关系,论证了建立时间量量传体系的必要性。依据新修订的国家标准和国际标准设计了辐照时间的量传方法,在原理上实现了辐照时间与加载时间的独立量传;通过对测量结果及不确定度的分析可知,依据加载时间实现时间量量传的方法与依据辐照时间实现时间量量传的方法不能相互替代。

       

      Abstract: Metrological traceability of time-related parameters during the exposure process is required in the research, production, and quality control of medical diagnostic X-ray radiation sources. Appropriate methods for value dissemination should be established to meet these measurement requirements. Through comprehensive research on relevant national standards, international standards, and various industry specifications, this paper evaluates and analyzes the current definitions, measurement methods, and value dissemination approaches for exposure time, irradiation time, and loading time. The relationships between these time quantities are clarified, and the necessity of establishing a time quantity dissemination system is demonstrated. Based on newly revised national and international standards, a value dissemination method for irradiation time was designed, achieving independent traceability of irradiation time and loading time in principle. Analysis of measurement results and uncertainty indicates that the method of value dissemination based on loading time and the method based on irradiation time cannot substitute for each other.
