热量表加速耐久性试验中水位平衡方法研究

    Research on Water Level Balance Method in Heat Meter Accelerated Durability Test

    • 摘要: 针对热量表加速耐久性试验中冷热水箱水位不平衡引起的温度失衡和溢水或缺水问题,采用了一种基于增量式PID控制的水位自动平衡方法。通过增量式PID算法计算冷热冲击试验中水箱液位控制增量和控制时间,进而精准控制冷热水箱回水阀的时序动作,实现了冷热水箱液位的平衡控制;结合MATLAB仿真分析和控制前后效果对比,验证了自动平衡方法的可行性和可靠性,且响应速度快、稳定性高,能够实现提高水位控制系统自适应能力的目的,继而实现对冷热水箱液位进行平衡与控制。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem of temperature imbalance and overflow or water shortage caused by water level imbalance in hot and cold water tanks in accelerated durability test of heat meter, an automatic incremental PID control method is proposed for water level balance. The incremental PID algorithm is used to calculate the control increment and control time of the water tank level in the cold and hot shock test, and then the sequential action of the return water valve of the cold and hot water tank is accurately controlled, and the balance control of the water tank level is realized. Combined with MATLAB simulation analysis and comparison of the effect before and after control, the feasibility and reliability of the automatic balancing method is verified, and the response speed is fast and stable, which can realize the purpose of improving the adaptive ability of the water level control system, and then realize the balancing and controlling of the level of hot and cold water tanks.
