液体冲击式采样器物理采样效率评价方法研究

    Research on Evaluation Methods for Physical Sampling Efficiency of Impingers

    • 摘要: 液体冲击式采样器是一款基于惯性分离的气溶胶采样装置,为了准确评价液体冲击式采样器的物理采样效率,提出了一种基于液体颗粒计数器检测的参考采样器评价方法,并通过此法和采样器上下游检测法对一款国产液体冲击式采样器在1~10 μm粒径范围内的物理采样效率进行评价。测试结果表明:在1~6.8 μm段两种方法的评价结果基本一致,采样效率随着粒径增加呈现上升趋势,上下游法在6.8 μm处达到80.68%,参考采样器法达到78.70%;在6.8~10 μm段上下游法评价结果持续上升,在10 μm处达到88%以上,参考采样器法评价结果呈现下降趋势,在10 μm处降低到28%以下。参考采样器法的评价结果更符合实际情况,对于大粒径颗粒推荐使用参考采样器法进行评价。对比了水和乙醇作为采样介质下的物理采样效率,发现采样介质与颗粒的润湿性良好时,参考采样器法的评价结果会提高,而对上下游法的评价结果基本无影响,说明使用参考采样器法时需要考虑采集介质与颗粒的润湿性以得到准确的评价结果。此研究为液体冲击式采样器采样效率评价方法提供了参考。

       

      Abstract: Impinger is an aerosol sampling device based on inertial separation. In order to evaluate the physical sampling efficiency of impinger, a reference sampler evaluation method based on liquid optical particle counter was proposed. The physical sampling efficiency of a domestic product in the particle size range of 1μm-10 μm was evaluated by this method and the upstream and downstream evaluation method. The test result shows that the sampling efficiency evaluate by the two methods are basically consistent in the 1 μm-6.8 μm range, and the sampling efficiency increases with the increase of particle size. The sampling efficiency reaches 80.68% at 6.8 μm with up-downstream method and 78.70% with reference sampler method. In the 6.8μm-10μm range, the evaluation results of the up-downstream method increased continuously, reaching more than 88% at 10 μm, while the evaluation results of the reference sampler method showed a downward trend, decreasing to less than 28% at 10 μm. The evaluation result of the reference sampler method is more in line with the actual situation, and it is recommended to use the reference sampler method for the evaluation of large size particles. Comparing the physical sampling efficiency of water and ethanol as the sampling medium, it is found that when the sampling medium and particles have good wettability, the evaluation result of the reference sampler method will be improved, while the evaluation result of the up-downstream method is basically not affected, indicating that the reference sampler method should consider the wettability of the sampling medium and particles to obtain accurate evaluation results. This study provides a reference for evaluating the physical sampling efficiency of impinger.
