Abstract:
The air permeability standard for tobacco is the main standard instrument on the paper air permeability measuring instrument. Its measurement accuracy is related to the accuracy of the harmful gas transmittance in the flue gas, which is very important for human life and health. In this article, a traditional measurement system model was initially built by analyzing the working principle and characteristics of the air permeability standard, and combined with a deep understanding of the rules and regulations. Furthermore, in order to solve the practical problems encountered in the experiment, the performance of the traditional device is optimized, and the integrated measurement device of the air permeability standard for tobacco based on hydraulic clamping is developed. Finally, the value traceability method and measurement uncertainty evaluation are established. The new device has profound research significance for improving the measurement accuracy of the air permeability standard for tobacco. According to the new device, the measurement of air permeability standard can be carried out to effectively trace the source, ensure the accuracy and reliability of the value in the region, effectively filter the tar in cigarettes and other harmful substances, and contribute to protecting human life and health.
