便携式汽车制动操纵力计自动校准装置的研究与设计

    Research and Design of a Portable Automatic Calibration Device for Automotive Brake Operating Force Meter

    • 摘要: 针对汽车制动操纵力计常规校准存在检测时间长、操作繁琐等问题,设计了一种便携式汽车制动操纵力计自动校准装置(以下简称“自动校准装置”)。该装置能够对踏板力计和手拉力计进行自动化校准,具有操作简便、效率高、精度高的特点。该自动校准装置的应用,不仅提高了汽车制动操纵力计的测量精度,还提升了校准工作的效率和可靠性。随着该技术的广泛应用,预计能够为汽车制动系统的研发、测试与维护提供更加精确的校准支持,从而促进汽车安全性能的提升和技术创新。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problems such as long detection time and cumbersome operation in the routine calibration of automotive brake force gauges, this paper designs a portable automatic calibration device for automotive brake force gauges (hereinafter referred to as the "automatic calibration device"). This device can automatically calibrate pedal force gauges and hand-pull force gauges, featuring simple operation, high efficiency, and high precision. The application of this automatic calibration device not only improves the measurement accuracy of automotive brake force gauges but also enhances the efficiency and reliability of calibration work. With the wide application of this technology, it is expected to provide more accurate calibration support for the research and development, testing, and maintenance of automotive braking systems, thereby promoting the improvement of automotive safety performance and technological innovation.
