基于三向力传感器的隔震装置试验机校准方法研究

    Research on Calibration Method of Test Platform of Seismic Reduction and Isolation Device Based on Three-Dimensional Force Sensor

    • 摘要: 针对大型隔震装置试验机校准准确度不高的问题,通过比较现有试验机校准方法优缺点,提出了使用基于三向力传感器的多分量测力系统对试验机进行校准的新思路。通过将隔震装置试验机复杂的受力情况转化为六维力的表现形式,建立了通过基于三向力传感器的多分量测力系统进行测量的理论模型,推导出受力点偏心位置和实时受力的计算公式,并对测力系统的维间耦合进行了简要分析。结果表明,该校准方法对提高大型试验机力值的校准准确度具有可行性。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem of low calibration accuracy of large-scale isolation device testing machine, by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of existing testing machine calibration methods, a new idea of using multi-component force measurement system based on three-way force sensor to calibrate the testing machine is proposed. By transforming the complex force situation of the test machine of the isolation device into the form of six-dimensional force, a theoretical model for measurement by multi-component force measurement system based on three-direction force sensor is established.The calculation formula of the eccentric position of the force point and the real-time force is derived, and the coupling between the dimensions of the force measurement system is briefly analyzed. The results show that the calibration method is feasible to improve the force calibration accuracy of large-scale testing machine.
