基于引射作用的生物安全柜产品保护测试研究

    Research on Product Protection Testing of Biosafety Cabinets Based on Ejector Effect

    • 摘要: 目前生物安全柜产品保护测试操作较为繁琐,耗时较长,研究引射作用应用于生物安全柜产品保护测试的可行性。基于洁净工作台引射作用(计数法和光度法)测试的思路,采用引射作用(计数法和光度法)测试6台不同厂家型号的生物安全柜产品保护,并与对应的生物安全柜产品保护(碘化钾法和沉降菌法)测试进行对比分析。不同方法的测试结果之间具有很好的一致性,且引射作用操作简单,耗时相对较短。基于引射作用(计数法和光度法)测试生物安全柜产品保护是可行的,能够提高生物安全柜产品保护的现场测试效率,有助于全方位多角度验证生物安全柜保护样品安全的有效性。

       

      Abstract: Current product protection testing for biosafety cabinets (BSCs) involves complex and time-consuming procedures. This study investigates the feasibility of applying the ejector effect to BSC product protection testing. Based on the ejector effect testing approaches (counting method and photometric method) used in clean benches, the ejector effect (counting method and photometric method) was applied to evaluate product protection in six BSCs from different manufacturers. The results were compared with those from traditional BSC product protection testing methods (potassium iodide method and settling plate method). The test results from different methods showed strong consistency. Additionally, the ejector effect testing demonstrated simpler operation and shorter time requirements. The ejector effect (counting method and photometric method) is feasible for BSC product protection testing. It improves on-site testing efficiency and provides an approach from all aspects and multiple angles to validate the effectiveness of BSCs in safeguarding samples.
