GBW08773乙腈中呋虫胺溶液标准物质的研制

    • 摘要: 作为计量体系的重要组成部分,标准物质是评价分析方法的重要手段,也是确保计量检测结果准确的基础。采用呋虫胺纯度标准物质(GBW06167)和色谱纯乙腈作为原料,通过重量容量法准确配制成质量浓度为1.00 mg/mL的溶液标准物质。为了确保测定的准确性,采用液相色谱外标法进行定量分析、均匀性检验和稳定性检验,并对测量结果进行不确定度评估。其结果表明:标准物质的均匀性和稳定性表现优异,其结果符合国家一级标准物质技术规范的要求,相对扩展不确定度为1%(k=2)。呋虫胺溶液标准物质GBW08773的成功研制,不仅为农药残留检测提供了可靠的参考依据,也为相关研究和监管机构的工作提供了有力支持。

       

      Abstract: As an important part of the metrological system, the certified reference material (CRM) is an important means of evaluating analytical methods and ensuring the accuracy of measurement and test results. This solution CRM was prepared using dinotefuran purity CRM (GBW06167) as the raw material and chromatographically pure acetonitrile as the solvent, to prepare at a mass concentration of 1.00 mg/mL using the weight-volume method. To guarantee the accuracy of the measurements, the external calibration method of liquid chromatography was employed for quantitative analysis, as well as homogeneity and stability tests, followed by an uncertainty assessment of the measurement results. The results showed that the homogeneity and stability of CRM were good, and all results met the national first-class CRM requirements and this CRM had a relative expanded uncertainty of 1% (k=2). The successful development of the dinotefuran solution CRM GBW08773 not only provides a reliable reference for pesticide residue detection, but also provides a strong support to the work of related research and regulatory agencies.
