宽频功率标准源校准装置研究

    Development of a Calibration Device for Broadband Power Standard Sources

    • 摘要: 宽频带功率测量技术在电力系统、新能源发电、工业自动化、变频调速、计量仪器校准、电工产品质检等众多领域应用广泛,宽频功率分析仪、电能质量分析仪、宽频录波仪等相关仪器的精准计量离不开宽频功率标准源,而完善宽频电量的量值溯源体系,亟需开展宽频功率标准源的计量标准装置研究。基于虚拟仪器技术,研究并实现了一种宽频功率标准源计量校准装置,对其硬件系统架构、软件功能算法设计及完整系统实现过程进行了详细阐述,为提升研制的校准装置准确度,重点应用了三项关键技术:一是对宽频数字化仪通道间的幅值、相位频率附加误差进行自动修正;二是校准并补偿宽频信号转换模块不同频率下的转换比误差和角差;三是设计频率测量滤波器算法,提高基波频率测量的准确度和实现等间隔采样数据的整周期变换,依据JJF 2040-2023 《功率分析仪校准规范》开展校准试验验证,证明研制的校准装置能够满足0.05级及以下等级宽频功率标准源的校准需求,为宽频电量计量体系的完善提供了有力支撑。

       

      Abstract: Wide - band power measurement technology is widely used in many fields such as power systems, new energy power generation, industrial automation, variable frequency speed regulation, calibration of measuring instruments, and quality inspection of electrical products. The accurate measurement of related instruments such as wide - band power analyzers, power quality analyzers, and wide - band recorders is inseparable from wide - band power standard sources. To improve the value traceability system of wide - band electrical quantities, it is urgent to carry out research on the metrological standard devices of wide - band power standard sources. Based on virtual instrument technology, this paper studies and realizes a metrological calibration device for wide - band power standard sources, and elaborates on its hardware system architecture, software function algorithm design, and the complete system implementation process. To improve the accuracy of the developed calibration device, three key technologies are mainly applied: first, automatically correct the amplitude, phase, and frequency additional errors between the channels of the wide - band digitizer; second, calibrate and compensate the conversion ratio errors and angular differences of the wide - band signal conversion module at different frequencies; third, design a frequency measurement filter algorithm to improve the accuracy of fundamental frequency measurement and realize the integer - period transformation of equidistant sampling data. Verified by calibration tests carried out in accordance with JJF 2040 - 2023 “Calibration Specification for Power Analyzers”, it is proved that the developed calibration device can meet the calibration requirements of wide - band power standard sources of class 0.05 and below, providing strong support for the improvement of the wide - band electrical quantity measurement system.
