Application of Time Traceability in the Measurement of New Energy Charging Pile Tester

摘要: 如今越来越多的新能源汽车充电桩测试仪提供了时间校准的功能,但此功能暂未实现溯源,无法保证向下传递时间的准确性。借助能实时溯源到UTC(NIM)的远程时间频率溯源系统,实现对新能源汽车充电桩测试仪的准确时间溯源,同时根据不同的时间差及时间准确度要求,使用不同的方法实现最高为毫秒级别的溯源,其扩展不确定度为0.18 ms。Abstract: Nowadays, more and more new energy vehicle charging pile testers provide the function of time calibration, but this function has not yet achieved traceability, and the accuracy of the downward transmission time cannot be guaranteed. This paper uses the remote time and frequency traceability system that can be traced to UTC (NIM) in real-time to achieve accurate time traceability of the new energy vehicle charging pile tester. At the same time, according to different time differences and time accuracy requirements, different methods are used to achieve traceability up to the millisecond level with an expanded uncertainty of 0.18 ms.
