Abstract
In view of the problems such as long detection time and cumbersome operation in the routine calibration of automotive brake force gauges, this paper designs a portable automatic calibration device for automotive brake force gauges (hereinafter referred to as the "automatic calibration device"). This device can automatically calibrate pedal force gauges and hand-pull force gauges, featuring simple operation, high efficiency, and high precision. The application of this automatic calibration device not only improves the measurement accuracy of automotive brake force gauges but also enhances the efficiency and reliability of calibration work. With the wide application of this technology, it is expected to provide more accurate calibration support for the research and development, testing, and maintenance of automotive braking systems, thereby promoting the improvement of automotive safety performance and technological innovation.
